Submit your interest for PA Vent Camp 2023!!

After being virtual for 3 years, we are looking to PA Vent Camp hybrid! This means we will be in person but offer a virtual option for those who cannot attend in person.

As we continue to live in this COVID era, many safety precautions need to be implemented, as our campers are at high risk. The PA Vent Camp Board of Directors, based on direction from Camp Victory, has developed criteria for in-person attendance at camp.

We are asking that you review these criteria and carefully consider if you can participate in person at camp this year. Complete the form below to submit your interest.

Note: Submission of interest is only for planning purposes. Official camp registration will came in early 2023.
Camp Dates:
June 24th to 29th, 2023 (staff arriving on June 24th, with campers arriving on June 25th)

Criteria for attending in person:
  1. All volunteers and campers must have the primary series vaccine and/or most recent booster (as published by the CDC) by May 1, 2023.  Proof must be submitted to Camp by May 1, 2023.  The Camp reserves the right to make additional requirements should circumstances so require.
  2. Campers and volunteers must test at a testing facility by a medical provider (not a home test) on Thursday, June 22, 2023, Friday, June 23, 2023, or Saturday, June 24, 2023, and submit proof to the camp prior to arrival or bring proof with the camper or volunteer.  Everyone will be given a rapid test when they arrive at the welcome center, which must be negative before being permitted to unload their vehicles.  Everyone must wear medical-grade masks provided by the Camp during the unloading process.
  3. Stay at camp – if a volunteer or camper leaves Camp Victory other than at the direction of the Camp Director/Medical Director, they cannot return.
  4. Anyone who is not vaccinated or tests positive or who does not wish to attend in person has the option for a virtual camp.
  5. Camp reserves the right to perform rapid tests on any campers or volunteers who become symptomatic during camp.  Anyone who tests positive will be isolated and it is expected that the parent will pick up their camper within 12 hours of notification.

Please complete the short survey below whether you plan to attend in person or not. Vent Camp really needs your input on attendance to ensure that we plan for the number of campers appropriately.
